The work sits within a long-term initiative focused on improving service quality, streamlining user experiences, and modernising core digital capabilities. You’ll be part of a dedicated testing function within an agile environment, working under an established Test Manager to help design, maintain and execute the testing framework that ensures high-quality product delivery.

Duties

  • Perform ST, SIT and E2E testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments
  • Validate D365 workflows, forms, security roles, data flows and customisations
  • Test integrations with Azure services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Dataverse, APIs and external systems
  • Use Jira, Confluence and case management systems to manage documentation
  • Work closely with BAs, Developers, Solution Architects and Product Owners to clarify requirements and support successful delivery
  • Troubleshoot D365 behaviours and record clear, complete defect documentation
  • Maintain collaborative working relationships across internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong manual testing experience across enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) modules
  • Proven capability delivering ST, SIT and E2E testing
  • Experience validating integrations with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Dataverse, APIs and third-party systems
  • Ability to create and maintain structured test artefacts such as test cases and traceability matrices
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for test management and defect tracking
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly

Desirable

  • Basic understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub)
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic automation issues

If your background aligns with the requirements and you're looking to contribute to a meaningful, multi-year digital transformation, we encourage you to apply.
